Lucinda Gonzalez, Events & Communications Coordinator

Lucinda grew up in Greensboro, NC, with a heart for international ministry. Inspired by the work of missionaries in her family’s church, she pursued her BA at Montreat College in Bible and Religion with a concentration in Cross-Cultural Studies. Lucinda went on to complete the Greensboro Fellows Program from 2020-2021 and then joined the New Wineskins family in June of 2021 as their Executive Administrator. Within the first few years with New Wineskins, she experienced a particular joy in digital design and working closely with our ministry partners. So her role has changed a little bit in 2024. Lucinda enjoys hosting community gatherings with her 2 roommates, hiking in the blue ridge mountains, and hot cups of tea with a good book.

Naomi Wagner, Financial Administrator

Naomi joined the New Wineskins staff as an intern with the Greensboro Fellows Program in 2021 and became full time with us after completing the program in 2022. She has always felt drawn to cross-cultural missions, especially after having spent time living in Germany and volunteering with Christian missions there. Her passion for cross-cultural conversations and learning more about other cultures followed her into her studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she recently graduated with a major in English and Comparative Literature and a minor in German. Naomi’s desire is to cultivate a deeper relationship with Christ and to help others do so as well. She is excited to be a part of the upcoming global missions conference in 2025 with its focus on cross-cultural missions.
