At The Alpha Conference 2018 we will explore this question: how can we cultivate a kingdom culture within the local church? A culture of unexpected hospitality and grace that breaks down barriers to the gospel. A culture of deepening dependence on prayer and expectancy on God’s Spirit. A culture that builds unity across historical church divides.
Participants will gather to consider our unique witness to the kingdom of God in our North American context. We will dream together, pray together, learn together, and discern together how the Lord is leading Anglicans to contend for shalom amidst the brokenness’ of our communities.

The 2017 Annual Conference Many Parts One Body will be held on the picturesque campus of Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA, June 8-10*. Conference registration is open!...
Bishop Jim Hobby has invited the members of the Anglican Global Mission Partners to spend time with the mission committees, clergy and staff of the Diocese of Pittsburgh to build relationships, share ideas, highlight resources, and discover connections for missions, both global and local. Each parish is encouraged to bring its mission committee members (or interested mission-minded parishioners, if no missions committee exists yet), its clergy and interested staff members. The event is open to anyone interested in attending.
This event is NOT a training event (though you will learn a lot!), but rather a time for each parish to share what they are involved in in terms of missions and outreach, learn from one another and the AGMP agencies, pray together and develop partnerships.
Saturday, March 25, 2017, 9am - 2pm
Registration fee for this event is $10. (not tax-deductible)
(Includes all materials, lunch and a free missions book!)
