Jenny is a networker with a passion for all people to come to know Jesus! She joined the New Wineskins staff in January 2016. Jenny is well-known for her work helping Alpha courses spread throughout the U.S. and overseas over the past 25 years. She helped coordinate the Hope and A Future conference in 2005, then became the Coordinator for Communications and Evangelism for the Anglican Communion Network (ACN), forerunner of the ACNA. She created the ACN's Good News Initiative, hosting 11 Sharing Our Faith conferences across the U.S. with a team led by renowned evangelist Dr. Michael Green. She served as director of evangelism, missions and outreach at an Anglican church plant in Northern Virginia for 9 years. She and Larry have been married for 30+ years and they have three grown children and two new daughters-in-love!  Jenny can be reached by email here.

Stephenie Van Wagenen
Executive administrator

Stephie joined the New Wineskins staff in November 2016.  She grew up in an Anglican parish in Florida, and from a young age developed a passion for missions and had opportunities to conduct short term mission trips to Honduras and Tanzania.  After graduating with a Masters in Sustainable Development Practice from the University of Florida, Stephie moved to Ethiopia to serve full time in missions with Water is Life International for two and a half years.  During her time in Ethiopia, she helped to develop lasting relationships with the local church, led discipleship and educational programs, and managed the implementation of water projects resulting in over 100 new clean water sources.  Stephie enjoys drinking strong coffee, having deep conversations with friends, running fast with her sisters, and playing board games with her husband Hunter.  Stephie can be reached by email here.


Victoria Hassell
Assistant to the Director

Victoria joined the New Wineskins staff in April 2018.  She grew up in Pittsburgh, PA as a staff kid with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship and now her family is planting an Anglican church in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. She graduated from The College of Wooster with a Bachelors in Political Science focusing on International Relations in Africa. Following college, she moved to Greensboro, NC to be a part of the Greensboro Fellows Program for a year of post-graduate career and leadership development. During the Fellows Program, she interned with Youth Focus, a local non-profit serving at-risk youth in Guilford County. Victoria enjoys drinking coffee, hanging out with friends, creating art, and having fun with her youngest sister, Isabelle. Victoria can be reached by email here.
